Kritharaki – Salad with Sheep Cheese

The perfect kritharaki – salad with sheep cheese recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 120 g Noodles, Kritharaki
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g Miracel whip
  • 1 a cup Sour cream
  • 100 g Sheep cheese
  • 2 tbsp Walnut oil
  • 1 P Tk – dill
  • Salt pepper
  1. Cook the pasta in plenty of water with salt and oil until firm to the bite, then drain.
  2. Wash the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and remove the seeds with a spoon.
  3. Cut the cucumber into thin slices, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
  5. Stir Miracel whip and sour cream, the mashed sheep’s cheese and oil until creamy, add the garlic to the cucumber.
  6. Pull the noodles under the cucumber pieces and add the dill.
  7. Let it sit for a while, then it tastes better.
