Kritharaki – Salad with Sheep Cheese

- 120 g Noodles, Kritharaki
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Cucumber
- 5 Garlic cloves
- 100 g Miracel whip
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- 100 g Sheep cheese
- 2 tbsp Walnut oil
- 1 P Tk – dill
- Salt pepper
- Cook the pasta in plenty of water with salt and oil until firm to the bite, then drain.
- Wash the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and remove the seeds with a spoon.
- Cut the cucumber into thin slices, season with salt and pepper.
- Peel the garlic and chop finely.
- Stir Miracel whip and sour cream, the mashed sheep’s cheese and oil until creamy, add the garlic to the cucumber.
- Pull the noodles under the cucumber pieces and add the dill.
- Let it sit for a while, then it tastes better.
