Chicken Drumsticks with Warm Bulgur Salad
The perfect chicken drumsticks with warm bulgur salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The meat
- 8 piece Chicken drumsticks

For the warm salad
- 50 g Bulgur
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste concentrated three times

- 1 piece Shallot

- 1 tablespoon Clarified butter
- 400 Milliliters Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
The preparation
- Prepare a marinade from the spices, let the washed, cleaned chicken drumsticks soak in the marinade for 60 minutes.
