Peach Omelette

The perfect peach omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Peaches
  • 50 g Buckwheat
  • 2 tablespoon Chestnut flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 Milliliters Milk
  • 2,5 tablespoon Flowerhoney
  • 2 tablespoon Kirsch
  1. Whisk the eggs. Add the flour, honey, milk and kirsch. Mix everything well. Put aside.
  2. Peel the peaches and cut into small pieces.
  3. Fry in a large non-stick pan with a little butter fat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat again, add a little clarified butter and add the dough and let it set.
  5. As soon as the dough has turned a brown color on the underside, carefully slide the omelette onto a plate using the sides of a pan. Turn the omelette and continue frying until it has turned a brown color.
