Peach Omelette
The perfect peach omelette recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Peaches
- 50 g Buckwheat
- 2 tablespoon Chestnut flour
- 4 Eggs
- 100 Milliliters Milk
- 2,5 tablespoon Flowerhoney
- 2 tablespoon Kirsch
- Whisk the eggs. Add the flour, honey, milk and kirsch. Mix everything well. Put aside.
- Peel the peaches and cut into small pieces.
- Fry in a large non-stick pan with a little butter fat for about 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat again, add a little clarified butter and add the dough and let it set.
- As soon as the dough has turned a brown color on the underside, carefully slide the omelette onto a plate using the sides of a pan. Turn the omelette and continue frying until it has turned a brown color.
