Applesauce Muffins

The perfect applesauce muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Butter
  • 175 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 250 g Apple compote
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Mix the butter, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour, baking powder, and vanilla pudding powder and stir into the egg mixture.
  2. Pour the batter into the molds. Put 1 tbsp apple compote on each muffin. Put the muffins in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes in a fan oven at 180 degrees. Take out and let cool down, Good Appeiti !!
