Tarte Flambée Roll Snack
The perfect tarte flambée roll snack recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 roll Puff pastry
- 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- 250 g Diced Bacon
- 2 piece Onion
- 1 pinch Pepper
- Roll out the puff pastry. Both roles among each other.
- Fry the bacon in a pan, then add the onions and fry until translucent.
- Spread the cream on top of the puff pastry and add a little pepper.
- Let the bacon cool down a bit and then spread some of it over the middle of the puff pastry. Shape everything into a roll.
- Cut off the slices, place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper, and flatten them a little. Put the rest of the bacon on top. If you want, you can also sprinkle grated cheese over it.
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Slide into the middle rack in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, depending on the oven. A small snack in between.
