Tarte Flambée Roll Snack

The perfect tarte flambée roll snack recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 roll Puff pastry
  • 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 250 g Diced Bacon
  • 2 piece Onion
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  1. Roll out the puff pastry. Both roles among each other.
  1. Fry the bacon in a pan, then add the onions and fry until translucent.
  1. Spread the cream on top of the puff pastry and add a little pepper.
  1. Let the bacon cool down a bit and then spread some of it over the middle of the puff pastry. Shape everything into a roll.
  1. Cut off the slices, place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper, and flatten them a little. Put the rest of the bacon on top. If you want, you can also sprinkle grated cheese over it.
  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  1. Slide into the middle rack in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, depending on the oven. A small snack in between.
