Vegan: Lovage – Potato – Foam – Puree
The perfect vegan: lovage – potato – foam – puree recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 piece Potatoes
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 handful Lovage
- 1 packet Coconut cream
- 1 packet Fresh nutmeg
- Cook the peeled potatoes in the vegetable stock. Pour off the broth – save, use otherwise – and add the coconut cream. Whisk everything well with the hand mixer.
- Round off the whole thing with freshly grated nutmeg.
- Finally, stir the chopped lovage (Maggi herb) underneath and serve.
