Vegan: Lovage – Potato – Foam – Puree

The perfect vegan: lovage – potato – foam – puree recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 piece Potatoes
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 handful Lovage
  • 1 packet Coconut cream
  • 1 packet Fresh nutmeg
  1. Cook the peeled potatoes in the vegetable stock. Pour off the broth – save, use otherwise – and add the coconut cream. Whisk everything well with the hand mixer.
  2. Round off the whole thing with freshly grated nutmeg.
  3. Finally, stir the chopped lovage (Maggi herb) underneath and serve.
