Vegan: Vegetable Skewers from Grill

Ingredients
 

Spices to taste

  • 20 piece Mushrooms brown
  • 1 piece Zucchini yellow
  • 1 piece Zucchini green
  • 2 size Onions
  • 5 colorful Paprika
  • 8 piece Wooden sticks
  • 8 piece My own spice mixes

Instructions
 

Important preparation

  • The wooden sticks should be in water for some time before the chopped vegetables come on. You can also do without an electric grill, but essential for a charcoal grill, otherwise the chopsticks might catch fire.
  • Wash the tomatoes, brush the mushrooms, wash the zucchinis, peel the onions and wash and core the peppers. Cut everything into large pieces.
  • Now alternate the vegetable pieces on the soaked wooden sticks and cook on all sides on the grill - we had an electric grill -
