Spices to taste
- 20 piece Mushrooms brown
- 1 piece Zucchini yellow
- 1 piece Zucchini green
- 2 size Onions
- 5 colorful Paprika
- 8 piece Wooden sticks
- 8 piece My own spice mixes
Instructions
Important preparation
- The wooden sticks should be in water for some time before the chopped vegetables come on. You can also do without an electric grill, but essential for a charcoal grill, otherwise the chopsticks might catch fire.
- Wash the tomatoes, brush the mushrooms, wash the zucchinis, peel the onions and wash and core the peppers. Cut everything into large pieces.
- Now alternate the vegetable pieces on the soaked wooden sticks and cook on all sides on the grill - we had an electric grill -
