- 1 dice Yeast
- 300 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 230 g Spelled flour
- 150 g Whole grain rye
- 1 tsp Bread spice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Sesame
- Brush oil
- Mix the water with the yeast and sugar and let stand for about 30 minutes.
- Then add the flour and the bread spices, mix everything well and let the dough rise for about 1 to 1.5 hours.

- Then work the dough again and put it in the silicone mold, pour the sesame seeds over it and bake the bread at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes … then let it cool on a wire rack.
