Vegan: Colorful Vegetables – Steamed Pan

The perfect vegan: colorful vegetables – steamed pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 medium sized Potatoes
  • 3 medium sized Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable salt *
  • 0,5 pole Fresh leek
  • 1 medium sized Zucchini
  • 2 medium sized Sweet red peppers fresh
  • 2 medium sized Cut green asparagus
  • 15 tan Cut mushrooms
  • 15 tan Freshly ground pepper
  1. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes, peel, wash and dice the carrots, wash, dry and cut the leek.
  2. Season everything together in the bowl with the vegetable salt and let stand a little.
  3. In the meantime, sauté the onions in a little oil.
  4. Brush the mushrooms. Dice the zucchini and core and finely chop the peppers.
  5. Now put everything into the pan one by one, depending on the degree of cooking, and braise it, then let it simmer for a few minutes with the lid closed … DONE 🙂
