Vegan: Colorful Pan of Vegetables
The perfect vegan: colorful pan of vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 size Cut onion
- 2 size Diced carrots
- 2 medium sized Diced potatoes
- 2 medium sized Olive oil
- 20 piece Brussels sprouts quartered
- 20 piece My vegetable broth *
- Water as needed
- My celery and fennel salt *
- Wash and peel the vegetables, peel the onion and cut everything into pieces. Put some oil in a pan and stir in the onions. Then add the carrot cubes and sear them.
- After about 3-5 minutes, add the potato cubes, about 2 tablespoons of my vegetable stock, stir everything well, then add a little water, so that the vegetables are just under half in the water. Now put the quartered Brussels sprouts on the vegetables, close the pan with a lid and slowly simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the lid and stir well and let everything stand for a few minutes ….. in that time I have set the table … and enjoy your meal 🙂
- At the table we spiced it with other salts and my celery-fennel salt ……. s u p e r yummy!
