Vegan: Colorful Pan with Vegetables and Spaghetti

- 1 handful Spaghetti
- Boil water
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 12 tan Mushrooms
- 1 handful Sugar snap
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 0,5 pole Leek
- 30 g Alsan
- Ground pepper
- 1 tbsp Vegetable broth or salt
- Cook the spagetti (durum wheat) in salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.
- Brush the mushrooms and then cut them into slices. Wash the sugar snap peas and roughly chop 1 or After washing, slice the peppers and cut the leek.
- Heat the Alsan in a pan, first toss the leek, then season the mushrooms and the vegetable stock, then add the snow peas and the grated bell pepper and toss 2-3 times. Finally stir in the spaghetti, round off with pepper and place on the preheated plate.
