- 4 medium sized Potatoes
- 3 medium sized Carrots
- 2 tbsp Vegetable salt *
- 0,5 pole Fresh leek
- 1 medium sized Zucchini
- 2 medium sized Sweet red peppers fresh
- 2 medium sized Cut green asparagus
- 15 tan Cut mushrooms
- 15 tan Freshly ground pepper
- Peel, wash and dice the potatoes, peel, wash and dice the carrots, wash, dry and cut the leek.
- Season everything together in the bowl with the vegetable salt and let stand a little.
- In the meantime, sauté the onions in a little oil.
- Brush the mushrooms. Dice the zucchini and core and finely chop the peppers.
- Now put everything into the pan one by one, depending on the degree of cooking, and braise it, then let it simmer for a few minutes with the lid closed … DONE 🙂
