Colorful Salad with Cheese, Sausage and Egg
The perfect colorful salad with cheese, sausage and egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Iceberg lettuce
- 1 Onion
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 Cucumber
- 250 g Tomatoes
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 3 tbsp Frozen green peas
- 0,5 Can Corn
- 150 g Emmental
- 150 g Meat sausage with cheese
- 1 glass Miracle wip
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 El Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Eggs
- Shake the oil, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper in a small screw-top jar well and mix.
- Boil the eggs hard, quench, peel, quarter and set aside.
- Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces and place in a large bowl, finely dice the onion and spread it over the salad, cut the spring onions into rings and add them to the salad.
- Dice the cucumber, bell pepper and tomatoes (set aside half of the tomatoes) and add to the salad.
- Now pour the salad dressing from the screw-top jar over the salad.
- Put the peas and corn on the salad.
- Now distribute the miracle wip over the salad.
- Dice the sausage and cheese and distribute with the remaining tomatoes on the lettuce, garnish with the eggs and basil leaves, chill a little and serve.
