Ingredients
salad
- 6 leaves Pick salad
- 1 May beets (Navetten)
- 6 Radish
- 1 Carrot
- 4 Cocktail vine tomatoes
- 50 g Meat sausage
- 1 Egg
- 1 Chives
dressing
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
aside from that
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
Instructions
salad
- Wash, dry and chop the lettuce, peel the carrots, turnips and radishes into thin slices and place everything on a plate.
- Quarter the tomatoes and cut the sausage into thin slices and place on the salad, sprinkle with a little chives, season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the hard-boiled egg into six parts and place in the center of the salad.
dressing
- Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar. Beat in the oil and pour over the salad.

- Roast the mustard seeds in a pan - put the lid on as the seeds jump and pour them over the salad when they have cooled down a little.
- I ate the salad as a low-carbohydrate supper - if you want, you can eat some baguette with it - enjoy your meal; 🙂
