Meat Sausage Salad with Egg

The perfect meat sausage salad with egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 ring Meat sausage according to taste
  • 1 size Onion
  • 5 Pc. Pickles
  • 5 Pc. Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 5 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 3 tbsp Herb vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Cucumber water
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley until smooth
  1. 1. Cut the meat sausage, onion and pickles into cubes. 2. Cut the hard egg whites into small pieces as well. The yellow will go into the sauce. 3. Now mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. 4. Add the sausage, onion and cucumber pieces to the bowl and mix with the dressing. 5. At the end, sprinkle with the chopped parsley. If you want, you can also use chives or other herbs of your choice. Then season again with salt and pepper.
