Radish – Dumplings – Sausage Salad
The perfect radish – dumplings – sausage salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salad:
- 0,5 Fresh radish
- 0,5 Meat sausage
- 3 Dumplings
- 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
- 1 Diced onion
Dressing:
- 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Sweet mustard
- 2 tbsp Water
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Slice the radish thinly and season with salt in a bowl. After a few minutes, drain the leaked water and squeeze out the radish.
- Cut the meat sausage into thin slices. Cut bread dumplings into pieces.
- Put all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl.
- Mix all ingredients for the dressing well in a bowl. Then add the oil and mix again. Season to taste and add to the salad. Let the salad stand briefly and serve.
