Radish – Dumplings – Sausage Salad

The perfect radish – dumplings – sausage salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Salad:

  • 0,5 Fresh radish
  • 0,5 Meat sausage
  • 3 Dumplings
  • 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
  • 1 Diced onion

Dressing:

  • 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Sweet mustard
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Slice the radish thinly and season with salt in a bowl. After a few minutes, drain the leaked water and squeeze out the radish.
  2. Cut the meat sausage into thin slices. Cut bread dumplings into pieces.
  3. Put all the ingredients for the salad in a bowl.
  4. Mix all ingredients for the dressing well in a bowl. Then add the oil and mix again. Season to taste and add to the salad. Let the salad stand briefly and serve.
