Yogurt Hollandaise
The perfect yogurt hollandaise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Egg yolk
- 100 ml Vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- 100 g Cream yogurt
- 0,5 bunch Chervil
- Put the egg yolks, stock, lemon zest and juice in a saucepan with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Beat thickly on the stove until just before cooking
- Stir in the cream yoghurt, season again if necessary. Chop the chervil and stir in just before serving.
