Grilled Zucchini
The perfect grilled zucchini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Grill spice mix **
- 1 small Zucchini
- 1 small Flour for flouring
- Mix freshly squeezed lemon juice with oil and the grill spice mixture **. Preheat a contact grill. Wash the zucchini, pat dry and cut into 1 cm thick slices, brush them thinly on both sides with the seasoned oil and immediately dip into the flour on both sides.
- Fry the prepared zucchini slices in the grill until they show appetizing browned strips, this takes about 4 to 5 minutes. The vegetables stay crispy and nutty and don’t get mushy when cooked this way.
- We enjoyed it today with vegetable skewers with baked potatoes and a herb dip.
