Salad: Fruit Salad with Yogurt Dressing

The perfect salad: fruit salad with yogurt dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

* for the salad

  • 0,5 Honeydew melon
  • 350 g Pineapple fresh
  • 150 g Fresh strawberries
  • 3 Fresh nectarines
  • 100 g Cape gooseberries fresh
  • 0,5 Lemon fresh
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

* for the dressing

  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Tonka vanilla sugar … RZ in my KB
  • 1 tsp Ground orange peel
  • 1,5 tbsp Sugar
  1. Scrape out the seeds of the melon, cut off the skin and then cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut the pineapple (I had already bought rings cut) into cubes. Wash and chop the strawberries. Wash the nectarines, remove the seeds and cut into bite-sized pieces. Remove the skin from the cape gooseberries.
  2. Put all the fruits in a large bowl and mix together.
  3. Squeeze the lemon. Add lemon juice and sugar to the fruits and stir in.
  4. Place in the refrigerator until ready to be eaten.
  5. For the dressing, stir together the yoghurt, TV sugar, orange peel and sugar. Also store in the refrigerator. (You can also stir the dressing into the salad, but we prefer to keep it individually.)
  6. You can eat the salad straight away or let it sit for a while.
