Ebly with Turkey and Vegetables
The perfect ebly with turkey and vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Turkey schnitzel
- 2 piece Turkey schnitzel
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
Ebly
- 250 g Ebly
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable broth powder
- 1 pinch Salt

- 1 piece Peppers yellow
- 1 piece Red peppers
- 2 piece Fresh tomato
- 3 piece Cloves of garlic fresh
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes canned
- 2 piece Fresh onion
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Chilli from the mill
- Rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch Ground ginger

- First cut the tomatoes crosswise and briefly boil them in hot water. If the skin loosens up a bit, soak it in the cold water, then the skin can be easily peeled off.

- Clean and wash the peppers and cut into pieces in a bite-sized manner. Peel and dice the onion. Peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
- Let the rapeseed oil get a little hot in a pan, fry the vegetables and garlic in it. Add the pizza tomatoes. Then the fresh tomatoes.
- Let everything simmer a little. Season well with the spices.
