Turkey and Vegetables Pan
The perfect turkey and vegetables pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Turkey fillet
- 400 g Flour
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 0,5 Pc. Zucchini
- 0,5 Pc. Paprika
- 1 Can Corn
- 2 Pc. Carrots
- 10 Pc. Mushrooms
- 250 g Rice parboiled or basmati rice
- 250 ml Water
- 250 ml Cream, spices
- First you put some butter in a saucepan and heat it. Then you add the rice and mix it until it is translucent. Now add 250 ml of water (so that the rice is well covered with water) and let it cook on a low level. We season it a little with vegetable broth. OR boil basmati rice in salted water.
- In the next step, cut the turkey fillet into small pieces, dust with flour and season a little with pepper and salt. Cut the onions into quarters and thin slices. Put some oil in the pan and sauté the onions in it. Then add the turkey fillet and fry.
- In the meantime, cut the zucchini, bell pepper, carrots and mushrooms into small pieces and gradually add to the meat with the corn. Finally, depending on your taste, cook a light cream sauce with cream and serve with it.
