Spring Noodle Salad
The perfect spring noodle salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 250 g Whole grain croissant noodles
- 200 g Green beans TK
- 1 Can Corn
- 1 Pc. Red peppers
- 1 bunch Chives fresh
- 1 bunch Spring onions fresh
- 1 Pc. Fresh onion
dressing
- 100 g Sour cream
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise lightly
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Seasoned Salt
- White pepper
- Cook the croissant noodles according to the instructions on the packet, drain and rinse with hot water and then let them cool down.
- Pour boiling water over the frozen green beans and let them steep until they are done. Wash and dice the peppers, wash the chives and spring onions and then cut into small rings. Peel the onion and also dice it. Put all the ingredients for the salad in a large bowl.
- For the dressing, put the sour cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise and apple cider vinegar in a bowl and stir well, season with herb salt and white pepper. Now mix thoroughly with the salad. Let the salad soak through, I always make it the evening before, but it should be at least 2 hours.
