Forest Berry Juice / Apple Juice Ice Cream
The perfect forest berry juice / apple juice ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Frozen forest berries
- 125 ml Apple juice
- 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1 a cup Blueberry and cream yogurt
- 1 a cup Whipped cream
- 1 some Maple syrup
- 1 some Chocolate sprinkles
- Bring the berries to the boil with the apple juice and powdered sugar.
- Then pass the berry-apple juice mixture through a fine sieve (I don’t want to bite the berry stones with this ice cream), and then let it cool for about 30 minutes.
- Now stir in the cream yoghurt and then stir in the whipped cream.
- Pour the fruity mass into a container lined with cling film and let it freeze for about 3 hours.
- Take it out of the TC. Cut out a ball with a small ice cream scoop, fill the opening with maple syrup and chocolate sprinkles (see first picture) and enjoy the ice cream. Of course, eat the carved ball too.
