Forest Berry Juice / Apple Juice Ice Cream

The perfect forest berry juice / apple juice ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Frozen forest berries
  • 125 ml Apple juice
  • 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 a cup Blueberry and cream yogurt
  • 1 a cup Whipped cream
  • 1 some Maple syrup
  • 1 some Chocolate sprinkles
  1. Bring the berries to the boil with the apple juice and powdered sugar.
  2. Then pass the berry-apple juice mixture through a fine sieve (I don’t want to bite the berry stones with this ice cream), and then let it cool for about 30 minutes.
  3. Now stir in the cream yoghurt and then stir in the whipped cream.
  4. Pour the fruity mass into a container lined with cling film and let it freeze for about 3 hours.
  5. Take it out of the TC. Cut out a ball with a small ice cream scoop, fill the opening with maple syrup and chocolate sprinkles (see first picture) and enjoy the ice cream. Of course, eat the carved ball too.
