Elfenike’s Pasta Salad Made from Leftovers
The perfect elfenike’s pasta salad made from leftovers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
salad
- 300 g Pasta cooked rest
- 1 Cup Yellow pepper rest
- Red pepper rest
- Red pepper orange rest
- 1 Cup Corn
- 100 g Jagdwurst with garlic
dressing
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp Salad cream
Topping
- 2 Boiled egg
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 6 Date tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Chive rolls
salad
- Dice the hunting sausage. Boil and dice eggs. Cut herbs. Put the pasta, bell pepper, corn, sausage, parsley in a large bowl and mix.
dressing
- Mix all ingredients with a whisk and pour over the salad. Mix everything together well. Let it steep for 60 minutes.
Topping
- Put the salad in a shallow bowl and garnish with the diced eggs, tomato halves and herbs.
