Elfenike’s Pasta Salad Made from Leftovers

The perfect elfenike’s pasta salad made from leftovers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

salad

  • 300 g Pasta cooked rest
  • 1 Cup Yellow pepper rest
  • Red pepper rest
  • Red pepper orange rest
  • 1 Cup Corn
  • 100 g Jagdwurst with garlic

dressing

  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp Salad cream

Topping

  • 2 Boiled egg
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 6 Date tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Chive rolls

  1. Dice the hunting sausage. Boil and dice eggs. Cut herbs. Put the pasta, bell pepper, corn, sausage, parsley in a large bowl and mix.

dressing

  1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk and pour over the salad. Mix everything together well. Let it steep for 60 minutes.

Topping

  1. Put the salad in a shallow bowl and garnish with the diced eggs, tomato halves and herbs.
