Zucchini Noodle Casserole
The perfect zucchini noodle casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Mini penne with zucchini spinach flavor
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 Can Chunky tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 g Turkey breast slices
- 200 g Mozzarella
- 200 g Parmesan
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
- Wash the zucchini, cut into cubes and fry in a pan with hot oil until golden.
- Add the chunky tomatoes, season with salt and pepper
- Dice the mozarella, cut into strips.
- Drain the pasta and add to the vegetable mixture, stir well and season again to taste.
- Grease a casserole dish, add half of the vegetable noodles and top it with half of the mozzarella and cold cuts.
- Now place the other half of the vegetable noodles, mozzarella and cold cuts on top, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and put it in the warm oven for about 15 minutes
- Take the casserole out of the oven, let it rest a little and then put a piece on a plate with a little basil and enjoy – Bon appetit;
