Baking: Banana Chocolate Ring
The perfect baking: banana chocolate ring recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Butter
- 175 g Sugar
- 4 piece Free range eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 piece Fresh bananas
- 150 g Flour type 550
- 100 g Tender oatmeal
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 100 g Roasted almond sticks
- 100 g Milk chocolate – here is a leftover Easter bunny
- 1 piece Chocolate icing dark
- Mix the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy.
- Peel and slice the bananas. Add to flour, baking powder, salt, oat flakes and the chocolate bunny broken into small pieces and stir carefully.
- Fold in the roasted almond sticks and pour the dough into a greased and crumbled ring mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 175 degrees for about 50 minutes. (Chopstick sample)
- After cooling, cover with chocolate icing.
