Ice Cream – Tipsy Ice Cream on Mango Mirror

The perfect ice cream – tipsy ice cream on mango mirror recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Egg yolk
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml Eggnog “Chocolate Banana”
  • 1 tbsp Amaretto
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • Mango MIRROR:
  • 2 Discs Mango preserve drained
  • 2 tbsp Mango juice
  • 1 tsp heaped Coconut cream
  • 0,5 packet Vanilla sugar
  1. For the ice cream, first whip the whipped cream until it is almost stiff, set aside. Mix the other ingredients (above “MANGO-SPIEGtbsp:”) until frothy, then fold in the whipped cream. Place in a sealable container and place in the freezer for several hours (stir every half an hour at first).
  2. If you don’t have a chocolate-banana egg liqueur, take chocolate liqueur or chocolate egg liqueur and mash half a very ripe banana.
  3. For the mango mirror, put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and puree with the magic wand.
  4. Place the mango mirror on a plate, decorate with a little “Schoko-Banana” (or other chocolate liqueur) and place one or more scoops of ice cream on top. We also had cinnamon meringue.
