Ingredients
- 2 Egg yolk
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 100 ml Eggnog "Chocolate Banana"
- 1 tbsp Amaretto
- 200 ml Whipped cream
- Mango MIRROR:
- 2 Discs Mango preserve drained
- 2 tbsp Mango juice
- 1 tsp heaped Coconut cream
- 0,5 packet Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- For the ice cream, first whip the whipped cream until it is almost stiff, set aside. Mix the other ingredients (above "MANGO-SPIEGtbsp:") until frothy, then fold in the whipped cream. Place in a sealable container and place in the freezer for several hours (stir every half an hour at first).
- If you don't have a chocolate-banana egg liqueur, take chocolate liqueur or chocolate egg liqueur and mash half a very ripe banana.
- For the mango mirror, put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and puree with the magic wand.
- Place the mango mirror on a plate, decorate with a little "Schoko-Banana" (or other chocolate liqueur) and place one or more scoops of ice cream on top. We also had cinnamon meringue.
