Cookies – Completely Veggi 🙂

The perfect cookies – completely veggi 🙂 recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Recipe for the dough

  • 1 tbsp Soy flour
  • 3 tbsp Mix water

to

  • 0,5 Cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Cup Coconut flakes
  • 1,5 cups Spelled flour
  • 100 g Coconut flour
  • 100 g Lupine flour
  • 3 cups Rice milk
  • 0,5 packet Tartar baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Bourbon vanilla
  • 5 tbsp Oil
  • Mix and bake muffins

  2. So I experimented a little with ingredients, replaced the egg with soy flour mixed with water and put the mixture in muffin molds and baked ….. and the catastrophe followed, because the parts weren’t baked through …

  4. and the solution occurred to me, at least one approach … let’s see …
  5. Cut all of them into slices … put them on the tray and put them in the oven, at about 160 degrees, with about 3 hours and everything with the oven door open … it was biscuits and they are delicious 🙂
  6. Conclusion: if something doesn’t work out, there is always a way to turn it into something else
  7. 7th tip: close the biscuits well in a container or can for a few days so that all the aromas develop, especially the coconut taste comes out very well …
