Fast Colorful Bean Pot

  • 1 Can Green beans
  • 1 Can White giant beans
  • 1 Can Black beans
  • 1 Can Chili beans
  • 1 Can Kidney beans
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
  • 1 Size Potato
  • 1 Size Onion
  • 2 Chili peppers
  • Oil
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Savory
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes and onions and sauté them in the oil with the diced ham, cut the chilli peppers very finely, add them, add the vegetable stock and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the beans, add to the potato and onion ham mixture, season well with salt, pepper, paprika powder and savory, add the pizza tomatoes, mix well and let it get hot.
  3. Fry the bacon in a pan with a little oil until crispy brown, place the bean stew on a plate and serve garnished with the bacon.
