Turkey Schnitzel with Orange and Mustard

The perfect turkey schnitzel with orange and mustard recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Turkey schnitzel
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Red onion
  • Mustard
  • Steak pepper
  • Herb butter
  • Salt
  1. Peel the orange and cut into 4 wide slices.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  3. Halve turkey escalope, generously season with steak pepper and brush one side with mustard.
  4. Put the schnitzel and onions in the cold pan and heat slowly with the herb butter.
  5. Add oranges, turn turkey and remove after a minute.
  6. Add some mustard and smear the onion and orange a little. Season with a little salt and serve with the turkey.
