Turkey Schnitzel with Orange and Mustard
The perfect turkey schnitzel with orange and mustard recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Turkey schnitzel
- 1 Orange
- 1 Red onion
- Mustard
- Steak pepper
- Herb butter
- Salt
- Peel the orange and cut into 4 wide slices.
- Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
- Halve turkey escalope, generously season with steak pepper and brush one side with mustard.
- Put the schnitzel and onions in the cold pan and heat slowly with the herb butter.
- Add oranges, turn turkey and remove after a minute.
- Add some mustard and smear the onion and orange a little. Season with a little salt and serve with the turkey.
