Leberkäse Joins Fried Egg with Tomatoes and Radishes

- 4 Pc. Eggs free range Gr. L.
- 2 NS. Meatloaf
- Clarified butter
- 2 Pc. Panicle tomatoes
- 1 Bd Fresh radishes
- Black pepper from the mill
- Sea salt from the mill
- Rosemary spice
- First heat the clarified butter in the pan, briefly brown the Leberkäs slices in the pan with the rosemary, then turn off the heat and keep covered and warm.
- In the meantime, heat clarified butter in a second pan and add the eggs (fried eggs or set eggs) in it, and season with salt and pepper.
- Remove the greens from the radishes and wash them with the tomatoes, drain them, quarter the tomatoes, halve the large radishes, otherwise leave them round.
- Arrange the Leberkäse with the fried eggs on flat plates, garnish with radishes and tomatoes and serve. Fresh bread, rolls or the like can be served as a side dish.
