Mixed Salad with Grapes

The perfect mixed salad with grapes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 Iceberg lettuce
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 4 Small Tomatoes
  • 250 g Grapes
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Mix the yoghurt, oil, balsamic vinegar and sugar in a bowl to form a dressing, season with salt and pepper and add the onion, cut into fine cubes.
  2. Cut the iceberg lettuce into small pieces, dice the tomatoes and cucumber and stir into the dressing with the grapes and serve.
