Burger with Lamb’s Lettuce and Mushrooms

- 1 Bun
- 1 Beef patty
- 3 Discs Camembert
- 0,5 Onion, red
- Lamb’S lettuce, washed
- Mayonnaise
- Heat a pan, add a little olive oil, and fry the beef patty. Cut the onion into rings and fry. When these are translucent, add the sliced mushrooms and let everything brown.
- Cut open the roll, dab with mayonnaise and put some lettuce on the lower half. Briefly put the beef patty in the microwave with the 3 slices of camembert until they are melted. Meanwhile, layer the onions and mushrooms on top of the salad.
- Now the beef patty with the melted cheese on it, another 3-4 leaves of lettuce and the second half of the roll – done!
