Ingredients

  • 20 small Chunks of soy
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 500 ml ********************
  • 1 medium sized Chopped onion
  • 3 Toes Garlic chopped
  • 0,5 tube Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 0,5 tsp Harissa paste
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 piece Bell peppers (red, yellow, green) - cut
  • Cut

Instructions

Prepare the chunks of soy

  • Bring the soy chunks to the boil briefly in the vegetable stock and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then drain them on a sieve and let them cool down.
  • Now cut the swollen soy pieces into goulash size and fry them in the Alsan with the chopped onion and garlic.
  • Add the cut peppers, sear everything well - this is how roasted aromas are created and they give taste -
  • Now add tomato paste and harissa paste and let simmer a little (about 1 minute) then fill everything up with the vegetable stock, stir well and bring to a simmer again.
  • The whole thing should now simmer gently for a good 20 minutes, the moisture will escape a little. Don't forget to stir every now and then.

Recommended side dishes

  • We had boiled potatoes with it, but rice or pasta, but other things are sure to go well with it.
