Vegan: Colorful Soy – Paprika Goulash

The perfect vegan: colorful soy – paprika goulash recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 20 small Chunks of soy
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 500 ml ********************
  • 1 medium sized Chopped onion
  • 3 Toes Garlic chopped
  • 0,5 tube Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 0,5 tsp Harissa paste
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 piece Bell peppers (red, yellow, green) – cut
  • Cut

Prepare the chunks of soy

  1. Bring the soy chunks to the boil briefly in the vegetable stock and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then drain them on a sieve and let them cool down.
  2. Now cut the swollen soy pieces into goulash size and fry them in the Alsan with the chopped onion and garlic.
  3. Add the cut peppers, sear everything well – this is how roasted aromas are created and they give taste –
  4. Now add tomato paste and harissa paste and let simmer a little (about 1 minute) then fill everything up with the vegetable stock, stir well and bring to a simmer again.
  5. The whole thing should now simmer gently for a good 20 minutes, the moisture will escape a little. Don’t forget to stir every now and then.

Recommended side dishes

  1. We had boiled potatoes with it, but rice or pasta, but other things are sure to go well with it.
