Lamb’s Lettuce with Mushrooms, Bacon and Onions

The perfect lamb’s lettuce with mushrooms, bacon and onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 gram Fresh mushrooms
  • 2 medium sized Onions
  • 250 gram Ham cubes
  • 200 gram Lamb’S lettuce
  • 80 ml Balsamic dressing
  • Olive oil
  1. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and dry it in the salad spinner and distribute it on two plates. Heat the olive oil in the pan. Fry the onions, the bacon and finally the mushrooms. Then spread over the lamb’s lettuce and finally the balsamic dressing on top. A delicious light meal for in between meals.
