Lamb’s Lettuce with Mushrooms and Diced Ham

The perfect lamb’s lettuce with mushrooms and diced ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Lamb’S lettuce
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 50 g Ham cubes
  • 20 ml White wine vinegar light
  • 50 ml Cream 30% fat
  • 2 g Mustard
  • 4 g Salt
  • 2 g Sugar
  • 1 g Pepper
  • 2 piece Hard-Boiled eggs quartered
  • 10 g Chives cubes
  1. Sort and wash the lettuce, clean the mushrooms
  2. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices with a vegetable slicer
  3. Prepare a marinade using cream, vinegar, mustard and spices
  4. Use half of the marinade to moisten the lamb’s lettuce and mushrooms, then divide between two plates
  5. Spread the ham cubes on the salad and use the remaining marinade
  6. Garnish with egg quarters and chives
