Lamb’s Lettuce with Mushrooms and Diced Ham

- 150 g Lamb’S lettuce
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 50 g Ham cubes
- 20 ml White wine vinegar light
- 50 ml Cream 30% fat
- 2 g Mustard
- 4 g Salt
- 2 g Sugar
- 1 g Pepper
- 2 piece Hard-Boiled eggs quartered
- 10 g Chives cubes
- Sort and wash the lettuce, clean the mushrooms
- Cut the mushrooms into thin slices with a vegetable slicer
- Prepare a marinade using cream, vinegar, mustard and spices
- Use half of the marinade to moisten the lamb’s lettuce and mushrooms, then divide between two plates
- Spread the ham cubes on the salad and use the remaining marinade
- Garnish with egg quarters and chives
