Pasta with Green Asparagus and Tuna

The perfect pasta with green asparagus and tuna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 gr Short pasta, e.g. small penne
  • 500 g Green asparagus
  • 1 Can Tuna in water
  • 1 small Tin of black olives
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 250 ml Cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan
  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the asparagus, cut off the ends, if necessary peel the lower third. Take the tuna out of the can and drain. Halve the olives. Peel the garlic, press the clove lightly.
  1. Put the garlic in a pan with olive oil, sauté lightly and add the asparagus. Fry lightly, then deglaze with vegetable stock and simmer briefly. Put the tuna under the asparagus, stir in the cream, and let the sauce simmer a little longer (the asparagus should still be bite).
  1. Finally, season the olives, then season with salt and pepper. Who wants to serve with Parmesan.
