Almond Chili Cookies

- 500 g Marzipan raw mass
- 188 g Ground almonds
- 124 g Icing sugar
- 4 tbsp Elderberry-Chili Liqueur
- 4 tbsp Amaretto
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 pack Peeled almonds
- 1 pack Whole milk glaze
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat. Travel the marzipan to a bowl with a larger grater. Add all other ingredients and knead well with your hands. Shape approx. 60 balls with moistened hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with paper. Put a peeled almond in the middle, then the biscuits are baked for about 15 minutes. Let cool a little and then finish with milk glaze.
