Ingredients
- 250 g Almond sticks
- 125 g Block chocolate
- 125 g Sugar
- 50 g Flour
- 1 Egg from the neighbor's chicken
- 1 Egg white from the same
- Possibly wafers
Instructions
- Melt the block chocolate in a water bath and mix with the egg yolks, sugar and flour with the almond sticks - I can still remember that as a child I grabbed the almonds and cut the sticks myself.
- Beat the two egg whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate and almond mixture.
- Place small heaps either on wafers or on a baking sheet lined with baking foil and bake at 160 degrees for about 10 minutes.
