Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Almond sticks
  • 125 g Block chocolate
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 50 g Flour
  • 1 Egg from the neighbor's chicken
  • 1 Egg white from the same
  • Possibly wafers

Instructions
 

  • Melt the block chocolate in a water bath and mix with the egg yolks, sugar and flour with the almond sticks - I can still remember that as a child I grabbed the almonds and cut the sticks myself.
  • Beat the two egg whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate and almond mixture.
  • Place small heaps either on wafers or on a baking sheet lined with baking foil and bake at 160 degrees for about 10 minutes.
