Pizza Dough from BBK

- 300 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 El Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- Pour the ingredients into the bread maker in the following order:
- water
- OIL
- Sugar
- Salt
- flour
- yeast
- Set the bread maker to the dough program. Duration about 1:30
- The dough can also be made effortlessly without a baking machine. To do this, mix the dry yeast with the flour. Add the remaining ingredients and knead for about 5 minutes. The dough should no longer stick. Then let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
- Finally roll out the dough, lay it out on a baking sheet and top it as you like.
