Bread Cakes

The perfect bread cakes recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For frying

  • 200 ml. Milk 1
  • 0,5 bunch Fresh smooth parsley
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 100 g Grated Gouda
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Sunflower oil
  1. First cut the rolls into slices and then dice them roughly. Put this in a bowl and pour the milk over it. Wait approx. 15 minutes.
  2. Wash and chop the parsley. Finely dice the clove of garlic.
  3. Add the parsley, garlic and all the remaining ingredients to the soaked bread and knead everything into a dough. Then cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for two hours.
  4. Using the dough, shape meatballs with slightly damp hands. Pour enough oil into a pan until the bottom of the pan is well covered. Fry the meatballs in the hot oil. Turn only once. Degrease on kitchen paper after baking.
  5. Serves with salad and / or a dip.
