Quick Tuna Salad + Mayonnaise

The perfect quick tuna salad + mayonnaise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 160 g Canned tuna
  • 80 g Pickled cucumber, finely diced
  • 50 g Onion, finely diced
  • 1 piece Egg yolk
  • 2 g Mustard
  • 5 ml Ketchup
  • 5 g Salt
  • 1 g Pepper
  • 50 g Corn
  • 50 ml Sunflower oil

  1. Mix the egg yolks and mustard in a tall drinking glass with a hand blender
  2. Let the sunflower oil run slowly while constantly mixing
  3. The mayonnaise is ready. It is important that all ingredients have the same temperature!
