Quick Tuna Salad + Mayonnaise
The perfect quick tuna salad + mayonnaise recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 160 g Canned tuna
- 80 g Pickled cucumber, finely diced
- 50 g Onion, finely diced
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 2 g Mustard
- 5 ml Ketchup
- 5 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
- 50 g Corn
- 50 ml Sunflower oil
mayonnaise
- Mix the egg yolks and mustard in a tall drinking glass with a hand blender
- Let the sunflower oil run slowly while constantly mixing
- The mayonnaise is ready. It is important that all ingredients have the same temperature!

- Mix the tuna, cucumber, onion and corn and season with ketchup, mayonnaise and spices
