Millet Falafel with Delicious Yogurt Sauce

The perfect millet falafel with delicious yogurt sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Cooked millet
  • 80 g Diced onion
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 25 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 2 g Ground cumin
  • 1 g Freshly ground coriander
  • 2 g Curry
  • 5 g Salt
  • 125 g Yogurt
  • 125 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 5 g Salt
  • 3 g Sugar
  • 2 g Nana mint, dried

Falafel

  1. Form small balls (2-3 cm) from millet with egg, breadcrumbs, butter, onion and spices and deep-fry for 10 minutes at 160 degrees.

Yogurt sauce

  1. Mix the yoghurt and crème fraîche and mix with salt, sugar and nanamine.
  2. It tastes best in a wrap with a little salad.
