Millet Falafel with Delicious Yogurt Sauce
The perfect millet falafel with delicious yogurt sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Cooked millet
- 80 g Diced onion
- 20 g Butter or margarine
- 25 g Breadcrumbs
- 1 piece Egg
- 2 g Ground cumin
- 1 g Freshly ground coriander
- 2 g Curry
- 5 g Salt
- 125 g Yogurt
- 125 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 5 g Salt
- 3 g Sugar
- 2 g Nana mint, dried
Falafel
- Form small balls (2-3 cm) from millet with egg, breadcrumbs, butter, onion and spices and deep-fry for 10 minutes at 160 degrees.
Yogurt sauce
- Mix the yoghurt and crème fraîche and mix with salt, sugar and nanamine.
- It tastes best in a wrap with a little salad.
