Turkey Schnitzel
The perfect turkey schnitzel recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Pc. Turkey schnitzel
- 8 Toes Garlic fresh
- 0,125 liter White wine
- 0,125 liter Chicken broth from reserve
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- If you like, you can season something with chilli flakes
- Parsley to decorate
- Rapeseed oil for frying
- Season turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper. Heat some rapeseed oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel on both sides.
- In the meantime, peel and cut the garlic (see picture)
- Remove the schnitzel from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, briefly toast the garlic with the wine and stock. Put the schnitzel back in the pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley for serving.
- We had parsley potatoes with it. Simply delicious !!!!
